In essence, if we want to direct our lives, we must take control of our consistent actions. It's not what we do once in a while that shapes our lives, but what we do consistently.

I concur with this quote by Tony Robbins one hundred percent. I have known many people over the course of my life who "talk a good game" about they want to do, or plan to doing but in the end, without consistent action, nothing in their lives changes. It's just talk! Reading an amazing book or attending an inspiring seminar won't change your life unless you are willing to translate what you learned into action steps.

Life Coaching allows clients to make tremendous changes in their lives through consistent action, risk-taking and accountability.
